Who we are.
This Privacy Notice describes how Succession Labs, Inc. (DBA “BLANKET”) handles personal data.
What we collect.
Account & support: name, email, phone (if provided).
Usage: basic events (e.g., sign-in, steps completed), device/browser info.
Billing (when enabled): payment status and IDs from our payment processor.
We do not store document contents in plaintext. Document data may be encrypted client-side before it reaches our systems.
How we use data.
To operate and improve the Service, provide support, communicate about changes, and process payments when enabled.
Sharing.
We use trusted vendors to host, process payments, and run analytics. When a user opts to register documents, coordination may occur with licensed service partners. We do not sell personal data.
Retention.
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data: support@succlabs.com.
Security.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk. No method is 100% secure.
International transfers.
Data may be processed in the United States and other locations where our vendors operate.
Children.
The Service is for users 18+.
