Refund & Cancellation policy

Beta status.
Payments may be disabled during beta. When payments are enabled, this policy applies.

One-time purchase (e.g., document registration package).

• Refunds within 14 days of purchase if the final document has not been submitted to a registration partner.

• Once submitted for registration, the purchase is non-refundable.

Subscriptions (e.g., membership).

• Cancel anytime from the in-app Manage billing link.

• Service continues through the current billing period; no partial refunds for the period already billed.

How refunds are issued.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank.

Statement descriptor.
Charges appear as “BLANKET” on your statement.
