Who we are.

BLANKET is software provided by Succession Labs, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). We operate the website at https://lavender-community-885529.framer.app/

and related services (the “Service”).

What we provide.

We provide software that helps users create, store, and coordinate registration of documents through licensed service partners. We do not offer advisory or consulting services.

Accounts.

You’re responsible for your account, the information you provide, and keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18.

Your content.

Document contents are created by you. The Service may store encrypted files; we do not access document contents in plaintext.

Payments.

During beta, payments may be disabled. When payments are enabled, pricing will be shown in-product before purchase.

Acceptable use.

Don’t misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Changes & availability.

We may update or discontinue features. We try to avoid interruptions but can’t guarantee continuous availability.

Disclaimers.

The Service is provided “as is.”

Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim (currently $0 during beta).

Termination.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or risk.
